WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
You may return items purchased online for an exchange or a refund. The return needs to be made within 28 days of receipt. Latenights seasonal concessions cannot accept returns. If you wish to return the items the address is on the receipt.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
CAN I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
Once you've placed your order unfortunately you will not be able to change anything. If you wish to send something back or exchange for another product, please contact us using the form above.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS
Complete the returns forms detailing your email address, order number, item returned and reason for return.
Upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund or exchange. You will receive either a dispatch confirmation or refund confirmation by email.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags/packaging. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Latenight Creatives.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Latenight Creatives warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.
Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery are advised) and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
